You can delete all locally stored app data at any time by using the ‘Reset App’ function within the Service’s settings, or by uninstalling the app from your device.

App data (exercises, workout history, photos, notes, settings): Stored locally on your device only. Retained until you delete the data using the ‘Reset App’ function or uninstall the app. We do not store or have access to this data.
Contact form and email correspondence: Emails we receive through the contact form on our website or via direct email, are stored in Gmail, provided by Google. These emails are periodically deleted as part of routine inbox management and are not retained indefinitely.
Analytics data: Basic, anonymized usage statistics are collected through Google Analytics for Firebase and Google Play. The retention of this data is governed by Google's data retention policies. We do not store analytics data on our own servers.
For locally stored app data: You can delete all app data yourself at any time by using the "Reset App" function in the app's settings, or by uninstalling the app.
For contact form submissions and email correspondence: You may request deletion of emails you have sent us by contacting us at the email address below. We will delete the relevant correspondence from our Gmail account within a reasonable timeframe.
